Aria meets Daniela Preschern

back to news

“In all these years I have always had a normal life, I go to work, I go out with my friends, I go with my handbike and I can go up the mountains and this gives me the freedom to be surrounded by nature”

Born in Rovereto, surrounded by greenery and close to the mountains, Daniela has always seen nature as the only thing that made her feel free.

At the age of 8, she was diagnosed with a rare disease, Charcot-Marie-Tooth neuropathy, which mainly affects the nervous system of the muscles, especially of the legs.

However, all this situation did not prevent her from living a normal life, therefore she continued to do what she did before and thanks to the handbike she is also able to stay in contact with nature and the mountains.

She didn't want to keep her passion just for her, so she decided to spread it to the world, and for 3 years now, her husband and she promote a disability project called DANY OLTRE PROJECT to inspire other people with disabilities to go BEYOND their limits.

In this video interview, Daniela talks about her story and how her relationship with Aria Wheels.
